Video Wellness Exam
Routine appointment focused on maintaining overall health and preventing future health issues. Discuss health history, lifestyle and concerns you may have. Routine laboratory including CBC, CMP, A1c, Cholesterol will be ordered during the visit. $100 cash
ADHD assessment and treatment
Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder - a clinical process based in evaluating an individual's symptoms and how they affect their daily life, rather than relying on specific medical tests. (Hybrid). In person appointment is available. Annual physical completed within 12 months is required, ADHD assessment will take 2 sessions. Medications are discussed on the second session. Recommendation for symptoms management, combine therapy and medication. $100 cash first visit, $80 follow up.
Weight Loss Management
Aims at achieving and maintaining healthy weight. This includes combination of healthy eating habits, physical activities and stress management. Annual physical completed within 12 months is required. Routine laboratory including A1c within 6 months. Assessment requires 2 sessions. (Please verify insurance coverage for Wegovy or Zepbound thank you). Ozempic and Mounjaro are approved for Type 2 Diabetes. $100 cash first visit, $80 cash follow up.

Anxiety / Depression
Assessment includes questionnaires and history of symptoms. Annual physical is required within 30 days after the first visit then annually. $100 cash first visit, $80 follow up.
Insomnia
Insomnia can be acute or chronic. Assessment includes sleep history; medication that have tried in the past. Referrals to specialist maybe needed. $80 cash pay.
Virtual Primary Care and Urgent Care
Urgent care visits appropriate for a telehealth platform including UTI, Cough, Sinus Infection, Allergies, Minor Skin Infections, Rashes, Acute Gout, Conjunctivitis, Poison Ivy, etc. We provide care for other chronic conditions: HTN, DM, Hypothyroid, Migraine, etc. If you are having acute symptoms such as chest pain or respiratory distress, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. $80 cash pay
GoHealth Medical is a primary care telemedicine platform for adult age 18 and above.
